reurl can't fetch thumbnail and description when a website is under cloudflare. The solution to avoid this is setting reurl to cloudflare whitelist
- Go to Cloudflare webpage > Firewall > Firewall Rules
- Create a Firewall rule > Enter the settings according to the figure below > Deploy
- Back to Firewall Rules > Correctly display the new rules
